Just had my new boiler fitted absolutely pleased by the service by the two lads who came,excellent work kept everything clean and tidy, and the two lads who did my loft insulation where brilliant and very friendly and helpful cleared everything up afterwards with no hassle over all pleased with all the work I had carried out.
They used to be good but not anymore. I used this company for the last 2 years for my boiler and cylinder annual service, and everything was fine. This year though, they were a total disappointment. I’ve called on the 15th of January and got an appointment for 26th of January. On the 26th the engineer was a NO SHOW. I had to call them and ask what is happening. They then rescheduled me for the 7th of February. Called me the day before to confirm the appointment and on the 7th at 8am they called again to tell me that the engi... read more
