What an amazing experience. From the moment I visited the showroom to the third visit when I bought my beautiful car, Allal was very professional but also very friendly and helpful in explaining every detail of my car to me ( I’m not clued up on cars) but he made it very easy. He also went out of his way to have hand delivered to my home address which is 10 miles from the showroom all the paperwork from the purchase of my car that I stupidly left in the showroom after driving away in my new car. Both Gary and Phil gave great service when we brought our MG ZS Hybrid, even when I was having difficulty completing forms they were calm and courteous. Their sales advice was friendly and we didn't feel under any pressure to buy.
What a breath of fresh air!!! Buying a car was actually a pleasurable experience. Gary was really professional, helpful and really made me feel a valued customer.
