They are nice people and have a good selection of cars. However I question the management and their integrity. I enquired about a car that was advertised at £16,000 and made an appointment to view. The following day I checked the details again and saw the price had been increased by £500. I questioned this and was told that nothing could be done to change it back. The management had decided to increase it. That’s very unprofessional. Screen shot of message I received is attached here for clarity.
Good customer service
Kept waiting 3.5hours to be told I needed a new Caliper brakes and disks quoted £1000 then a while later nearly £1500 apparently wrong quote, was not good customer service either. I went elsewhere just paid £260 and didnt need a new caliper after all! Tried robbing me AVOID!!
