Second rate bank. I would not recommend this. I called with a problem and was told they would call me back, I’m still waiting. There app is very confusing on how they do pending and balances just awful. Going back to chase now that’s a first rate bank.stay away truly awful.
Terrible customer service, no one there has the ability to fix issues or seemingly any clue what's going on. I've already opened an account with a bank that's actually functional, but Investors Bank locked my account and no one over there has any idea why or any power to fix it. Avoid at all costs.
Recommendedawesome bank got $300 bonus at $25 /month increments and a business that actually was honorable with no issues of getting bonus unlike citi and HSBC I will never open again. investors friendly employees in 3 different branches. public bathrooms and free hot choco big plus. really enjoyed. hope they open a local branch in my area
Beware! This is a bank that doesn't seem to want anyone's money. The website states that it takes 10 minutes to complete an application to start a savings account. After two hours, and conversations with two Supervisors, it was not clear that I had succeeded in opening an account. I opted out and decided to deal with another institution. In all fairness, I later received a phone call from one of the supervisors explaining what had happened and indicating that the process had in fact been completed, but by then it was too lat... read more

I opened an account a month ago. Setting up online access has failed and customer service isn't helping. They're really nice but I'm told I'll get a call back after they consult with their tech department and that never happens. I have $2,000 in a bank that I can't access. I'm wondering if I've lost my money? Is this bank legit at all?
WORSE BANK EVER AND THEY DON’T FOLLOW THE LAW!!! I HAVE FAMILY MEMBERS WHO ARE PROBABLY HOLDING THIS BANK TOGETHER THAT EILL BE TAKING THEIR MONEY ELSEWHERE THIS BANK SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!!!
