Terrible. Bank system is down every night. They don’t have 24/7 customer service anymore. And I’ve had holds on all my checks when I’ve deposited in person. Last check was 270. 200 cleared right away. They held 70 for a day. Now it’s been 2+ days and I’m still waiting. Terrible bank. Don’t recommend
All signs lately point to them going under, their actions lately are reminding me of BOA bail out in 2008. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE! I will be going to the Atlantic Highlands branch tomorrow to close all of my accounts. Its a shame because I loved working with the tellers Barbara and Denise there, but this bank in general is not worth the hassle anymore. 2 updates in less than 30 days? sounds fishy to me 🤷
After a long hard day at work i was not able to pick up something for dinner or put gas in my car because Investors system is "updating" again for the 2nd time in 30 days and nobody can access their accounts. Its been 2 hours now. Feel bad for people probably putting groceries back or being embarrassed at a restaurant because Investors clearly doesn't know how to maintain their system. Looking forward to going in tomorrow and closing all my accounts. Minus 5 Stars.
this is the second time in 30 days that because of "system updates " I cannot access my accounts ! It has been 3 hours and I cannot get cash or make a purchase. The CEO if Investors is the highest paid in the country !..I guess unhappy customers are not a concern to him moving my money elsewhere Mr. Kevin Cummings
bank is slow as hell to get anything done in there main office , never again will I do anything but deposits and withdrawls
they system was down for hours can't use my debit card nothing.
Opened a case for improper displaying of daily earned interest. CS never got back with resolution. After reminder about the case again, no answer at all. Customer service does not exist. Also their 2.5% APY on savings is actually 2.49%. Also this bank does not offer you to choose beneficiaries. All normal banks do but not this bank. I am very disappointed of them and I do NOT suggest or recommend them to nobody!
the pits of banking they do not honor your checks. so you pat a contraxtor who needs to cash check for materials forget. your check is no good. period.
