Update: The mobile banking is not the most convenient in the world, but I understand that is due to their high security system. My family and I have a wonderful experience at the bank and would like to thank Maria Santos for taking the time to fix my mobile banking problem.
East Orange Branch is starting to have the worst service ever I hate coming inside,always in line for more then 20 minutes
i hear investors bank will be closing the Dunellen nj branch in September , that's nice , the bank was 2 miles from my house , now they want us to go to the picataway branch , which is completely out of my way, so good by investors I will be closing all my accounts and going to a more convenient bank
Investors bought out my prior bank, completely down hill from there. I completely hate banking here. Can't wait to move everything and start new.

Investors bank is so secure it prevents the account owners from even logging in! And their banker hours extend into customer service for their online system. You will always be the red headed good for nothing worthless step child in the banking industry. I swear every week it is a new freaking issue.
