I called customer service three times, & finally got an answer to my question, but when I requested the information in writing, I was completely ignored. I'm very upset with Investors Bank.
Attentive associates with excellent service
Don't even bother with them, they won't even give you a fair cjabceat a loan then give you some BS excuse as to how they got to their decision, avoid at all costs
My mortgage was acquired and I am not happy with Investors in terms in servicing in 2019. Not Recommended!!
