After banking with Investors for over 25 years, and getting our mortgage there 17 years ago, we have decided to leave the bank for good.. We accidentally underpaid our mortgage by $18 for two consecutive months, because we didn't notice that the monthly payment increased. Clearly our fault, but after 17 years of full on time payments, you would think that Investors would waive the $76 penalty, but they won't! The agent told me "It's not personal. It's business". They are the worst bank in New Jersey they hold on to my money in the middle of me purchasing a property put my funds in the account and when it was time to wire the funds they start blaming my signature when they fix that they blame it on how one of they workers that no longer with them who open my account that she make a mistake when account was set up now my 45,000 is been help and my my money cannot be found
better customer service. Better yet - just plain customer service and thatll be a good start!
They send wire transfers based on matching routing numbers only! Did not verify any other information it was sent to wrong bank at wrong address and my newlywed daughter and her husband were out 10,000.00. They excepted no responsibility and could have cared less. Sent her a letter full of false events and basically said it was their own fault. Never flagged her account and scammer tried to take more money from her Investors account but luckily she withdrew the money the day before and then had the nerve to change her $35.00... read more

Impossible, this is by design.
Investors Bank does not stand behind its customers. I've been a customer at the Medford branch for a long time. I had a fraudulent charge on my account back in August. My debit card information was stolen and charged $219. I filed paperwork and it took them over 14 weeks to come back and tell me they were not going to stand behind me. I have to reach out to the company that the charge was from. Protect your money and look elsewhere. If they do this to a longtime customer, they'll do it to you too!
