Improve customer service and care enough to correct the errors that they make in a personal and expedient way. I opened an account because it seemed like they supported the community. Whatever support they give does not make up for the lousy service.
They Suck I made a deposit on Saturday at 4:25 pm The ATM took my money, Started making noise then spit out receipt that said cant refund money Contact your Financial institution, NICE its now Wednesday 11:30 am & its still not in my account WTF is wrong They found money Monday in ATM overages Monday Yet Still not IN YET ???????????????????? Worse Bank YET
This bank is the definition of the worst in banking, greedy and seedy....

I find it amazing that we get very little snow in Bordentown, but my bank is closed. I find this to show how much Investors cares about their customers. I have checked and other banks in the area are open. Time for a new bank!!!!!
Worst bank ever if check from Bank they won't cash unless have account
I belong to 5 banks in the area ... Investors Bank is by far the worst ..... even the simplistic transaction is a epic and time wasting adventure .... of course I tried to call to complain but that was a waste of time ... your bank does not fill one with a sense of security .... you are one bank that deserves to fail .
