My partner and I were with Investment Property Agency for approximately 5 years (2 different addresses). They have been the best letting agency we have worked with in the decade we have lived in Edinburgh. Incredibly friendly staff and were very quick to respond to issues with the flats we were living in at the time. Only reason we don't let from the agency anymore is because we wanted to move to the outskirts of Edinburgh. Definitely recommend this agency.

Best letting agency I've ever had. I was with the letting agency for over two years. Any problems were resolved within 24hrs. Anything broken was quickly replaced. They even bought a dehumidifier for the flat when I asked. All the staff I met were really lovely. I can't recommend these guys enough. Shout out to Mike especially who was great from when we met him at the viewing to when he returned our full deposit. Thank you!
They are responsive, and no issues while renting. BUT! DO NOT CLEAN upon departure as they WILL charge you £50 at least on "professional cleaning" either way as a standard procedure without any explanation no matter how much you clean or how much you spend on cleaning the property when you leave! Even if you dispute it you will not see your £50 back, it is being taken off your deposit at the end!
