I’ve never left a review on the internet like this… ever. However, my experience with Dr. Victoria was so exceptional that I must say something (and honestly exceptional is an understatement). She performed my first ever extraction this afternoon and my first order of business now that I’m home is to let everyone know how amazing she is. Today I was treated by a lovely dentist who originally came from Pakistan, I cannot remember her name or the nurse. I explained my fear of dentists to her. She was so reassuring and professional that I felt immediately at ease. She removed two teeth and I was completely relaxed throughout. Job done, happy patient.
I had a tooth out today. I'm not very good with dentists and was quite nervous. Helen was the dentist I saw and I think her assistant was called Aileen. Both were brilliant and it ended up being nowhere near as bad as I expected. If you're reading this before a visit then don't worry; you're in good hands.
From phoning early in the morning the people I spoke to were extremely helpful. I was given an appointment that morning and the people I saw were very kind and caring. I cannot thank you enough and wanted to do so here. Thank you again.
