Inver Grove Toyota did an oil change on my car and didn't put it back together properly. I lost all of my oil and wrecked the engine of my car and they refuse to fix it.

Can't say enough about the great service I get at Inver Grove Toyota. Love my Prius and Dee (I like to think of her as my Service Manager) always goes above and beyond to take care that I get everything I need. She has looked at my car more than once when I questioned something. Sure enough she always fixes my problem. All of this and I am usually in for an oil change. We’ve been driving around the Twin Cities all day looking at Sequoias. Our last stop was Inver Grove. We told them that we weren’t buying today, but we did want to test drive one. Brian was beyond nice to us, talked about options, and what the current estimated rates were. We left feeling good about the interaction. Also loves that there was no pressure.
