Their honesty. I brought our 4Runner in for an oil service but it was early, less than 10,000 miles and they said the oil change wasn't necessary. Another Toyota dealership in Virginia, MN said our rear brakes were at 3mm and needed changing, but IGH rechecked and they were at 7mm which was the same as at the last oil service and so didn't need to be done. They checked and saw that we were up on an air bag recall and they were able to take care of that. I have had similar treatment many other times, they don't sell services ... read more

I would like to complement Perry Smulders for a fantastic buying experience. My daughter got a vehicle pulled out from under her at another dealership.
