Their honesty. I brought our 4Runner in for an oil service but it was early, less than 10,000 miles and they said the oil change wasn't necessary. Another Toyota dealership in Virginia, MN said our rear brakes were at 3mm and needed changing, but IGH rechecked and they were at 7mm which was the same as at the last oil service and so didn't need to be done. Carrie Haugarud has never let me down. The entire team has always made the entire transaction seamless! She literally went way above and beyond what one would expect from a dealer! I can’t say enough about how great we were treated! Even if you have been loyal to another dealer who has treated you fairly I would recommend you at least visit these folks because the worst thing that will happen will be you leaving feeling you’ve at least made a few more friends! Class Act Auto Dealer!!!
RecommendedMy wife and I were very happy with our buying experience at Inver Grove Toyota. Our sales associate Darin was friendly, fun, and helped to get us into a vehicle that fit our needs and wants while staying within our budget! What was most impressive was Darin’s knowledge about the vehicle and the time he took to show us how to use ALL of the features—We really appreciated that part, as we had not experienced such walk-throughs at other dealerships—it’s what sold us!
Carrie, Jim, and Joshua were all amazing to work with and made the entire car buying process quick and easy!

Had to bring the Corolla in, recalled for a software update. Service department is top notch, in and out in 90 minutes. And they washed it for free. Beyond my expectations.
Very nice staff in the service dept. The appt was quick.
