Business response:
Hi Aimee, it's a team effort here and we're so happy to see that Patrick and Jenny went above and beyond to make sure you had an outstanding car-buying experience. Congrats on your new Highlander and welcome to the family! Look forward to seeing you here at your first service visit. Also, we'd love if you shared this on Yelp too. Thanks! https://www.yelp.com/biz/inver-grove-toyota-inver-grove-heights?sort_by=date_desc
I came in looking to upgrade to a bigger vehicle for my growing family. The salesman, Danny, listened to wishlist and budget. He didn’t show me a single SUV out of my budget. I got everything I asked for at a fair price and they gave me exactly what I wanted on my trade in, too. Lastly, the customer service was great!
I have purchased 4 new vehicles from Inver Grove Toyota. All 4 purchase experiences were easy and pleasant. The sales reps have been good to work with. The service department has always treated me very well.
I came in without an appointment early on a Saturday because I blew a tire late Friday night. Service got me in right away and had the tires that I needed. In addition, they checked the alignment and also took care of that, and did a safety check. Thanks for the great service and a clean car!
