Mixed feelings: making appointments is easy, seeing the familar faces during many years of service is comforting, friendly information delivery is helpful and creates trust. Negative impression: I entered the service with the windshield intact, but found it cracked after picking up the car. Explanation: there was a rock hit not visible from inside that miraculously produced a crack during the service. Trump would say "Fishy". So I love my car. My salesman was good and smart but to finance a car with toyota is to get ten times the junk mail you would ever want. The Toyota Lexus privacy policy is basically non existent. Even if you opt which I did the financial company still sells your personal info agressively. They sell your name and info to every one in the auto world and credit card companies as well. My junk mail is overwhelming and since I bought my car. I wish I had financed with my own bank. Much more respectful of my privacy.

Hi friends and families, I recommend Inver Grove Toyota to anyone. The people over there are very friendly and all their cars are extremely reasonable prices. Especially the sale people. They are so patients with you, there is no push or pull. Take your time and choose the best that you really want to buy. After everything like papers work gone through, the sale person will explain every details about your car to you. I really love this dealer. Every time you need a new car, Inver Grove is the ONE.
IGT has been great to work with in the purchase of our 2014 Sienna. From the sales rep to the ongoing service, IGT has offered top notch service. Even my kids love going coming with me to get the car serviced! They enjoy the free drinks cookies and popcorn. IGT offers a fantastic car buying and service experience!
