In Feb 2015 I was shopping for an inexpensive used reliable vehicle for work use to keep the miles off my truck. I ended up getting the new Corolla S and have not had any issues with the car for 3 years. Toyotas are great cars and I would give the manufacturer a great rating and review based on my experience! They park their newly sold cars in handicap spaces. They don't care about disabled people.
The best Toyota dealership we've ever been to in the 6 states we've received service, including the 3 different states we bought Toyota vehicles from. All of Inver Grove Toyota employees are extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, honest, fair and friendly! So glad we found them. We will definitely be buying our next Toyota from them. Our 7 and 10 year old grandchildren even enjoyed the experience!!
Best dealership ever. My only complaint is they dont inform me of when the routine maintenance is required. They have skipped at leadt 2 mojor maintenances so far.
Worst experience. Didn't get shown how to operate anything in my car. Never going here and would never recommend to anyone.
