I worked with Intimation on behalf of Groundwork NE & C for the Reaching Out Across Durham project. As a charity, our allocated marketing budget is not the biggest however Intimation advised us on the best possible options for what we needed, all whilst being completely transparent about the process and what would be the most efficient, cost effective outcome. We have been working with Intimation for many years now and they have advised us on a number of marketing exercises such as annual Christmas card design, website development & hosting, as well as a full corporate re-brand exercise. We've been working on and off with Intimation for 4 years now, using them for various ad hoc design and marketing projects. They are always responsive, thoughtful in their work, and great at helping us pare down ideas and messages. Their project management is good also - making sure we know what they need from us, and when, and prompting where necessary. I would recommend them, and we will continue to use them.
