I'm a Prime driver and everytime I've been to this location, everyone has been very nice and professional. Whoever is on your training team, they're awesome. I love this place.
They can't understand how a light system works. Normally, drivers pull out on green. Not there! They should disconnect their light system and try to find a way to effectively communicate with truck drivers.

We are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced while visiting our facility. The lights are connected to our dock lock system so once the receiver or loader is finished with the trailer they raise the ramp and disengage lock, ultimately changing the light from red to green. The main reason green doesn’t necessarily mean “Go” is there is still outstanding administrative work necessary for the driver to be able to checkout. Got here 24hrs early for a reload they got me loaded within 4 hours and let me take a 10 before heading out. Super nice staff

No complaints. A quick in and out. Trailer was ready and already weighed. Guards were friendly. I wish more places were lime this.

I also drive for Prime. The staff here is great. Always so friendly and always smiling and getting along as a family. They make me smile every time Im here. Nice clean place. I do wish they had coffee for us drivers. �
