HORRIBLE experience..5 hours to get loaded!! Their automated self service check in procedure is horrible!!
Recommendeddrop and hook for us so its always pretty fast unless you get a heap of idiots who can't read the simple check in instructions.
My appointment is for 1400 hrs. They put me in a dock @ 0820 hrs! They have overnight parking.
they were polite friendly and I was on and out. was supposed to be a drop and hook but turned out to be a live load and they were very quick! less than an hour
very friendly and helpful. they don't waste time.
Check in on phone , back in dock doors closed , scale out ! Get paperwork! Your outa here ! Easy ! Saturday load Time came two hours early in dock asap , still here at load time . We ll see
4 hours in door to load and still not touched
really fast at loading scale on property
never a issue when i get here loads u up in a decent amount of time and having a scale on premises is also plus nice ppl at check in and out
