3:30 appointment got there 2 hours early was there for 12 hours just sad
I'm a prime driver also been coming,in and out of here going on 7 years,and it has only been getting better,the staff are great,at the check in,all of them are helpful,and always fast in and out
I have loaded there for the last 4 Sundays most courtes place I have loaded at for a great while. In an out pretty quick

We picked up 40 cases of yogurt and it took 3 hours to load it. Not a good day in 90 degree heat with no A.P.U.
9 hours to load what was supposed to be a drop and hook. Then the yard dog comes out to tell me im good to go except the light is red and im still locked to the dock. I wait over 30 minutes and still no change so i go track down yet another yard dog who proceeds to tell me "oh they are on break, so they will get it once they return" thirty more minutes still nothing, so i go ask a THIRD person who is actually able to get them to unlock me. Now im finally happy until i pull on to the scale... needless to say im being reworked... read more
We got in had to wait about 30 mind before being put into the dock and was allowed to complete a 10 hr brk.
