they are absolutely the slowest place I deal with..it's terrible coming here and just sitting in the parking lot...I was the first truck in the gate after shift change and am still sitting waiting on a door...when at the very least 15 other trucks have gone around me to a door...there is absolutely no sence in this...time is money to me...but no one here cares...I'm now an hour and twenty minutes past my appointment and still in a parking place...not a door!
I mean... I'm a pretty patient guy most days but what is the point of an appointment time if your just going to sit in the dock untouched for hours and hours and hours. So much for getting home today because of poor management. Shameful and embarrassing places like Interstate Warehousing is what is wrong with the trucking industry... after weeks on the road and hoping to see my wife and kids today instead I'll have to stay out another night because my 14 hour clock will run out before I can make it home.

Love working here, great atmosphere, great incentives and people are family.
I wish other cold storage warehouses were like this. I've been coming here a few times a week and it's been A+ every time. Even the one time I was overweight on an axle on a load coming out, it was taken care of quickly.
Everytime I have loaded product here, they have overloaded me. Last night they spent 4hrs to load. It was 3800 lbs over gross. They reworked the load and 2hrs later it was 420 lbs over on drives. Another two hrs later I was legal and ready to roll. After waiting 8hrs to load for a 7hr drive I now am forced to layover at my receiver, because they quit before I could get there. I had a suppose to be...drop and hook that turned into a all day affair...I arrived there at like 0900 in the morning, and I didn't get backed into a dock til about 1130, and I was not loaded til 1630...by this time I was out of duty time to drive...so I spent the night there...worst experience ever.
