Very poor service with conflicting information from their occupational therapist resulting in me being off my work for more than 7 months when i was ready and fit to return to work since the end of November
Everything organized good. After arrival I filled up few forms and they called me for medical exam. Personale explained me everything clearly and in polite manner. I spent 1 hour to pass my medical. They answered all the questions I had and then certificate was issued in short period of time. Hospital has big parking lot.
It took a 'mere' two weeks to arrange the medical at Waterloo Clinic, but getting the results were a nightmare. Repeated emails and phone calls to both Waterloo and Iqarus in Aberdeen showed a total lack of communication between the two and if I hadn't been pushing I still would not have the results, nearly a month later. Had to delay getting a visa because of the tardy service, and total offshore trip postponed because of it. Use someone else if you can.
