Attentive and caring staff! Outstanding level of care, Dr Raheem and Alex were always happy to help 100% recommend
Terrible - I have no idea how they still operate! Why CQC is not shutting them down. They didn't care about dignity or privacy at all. Timings of appointments was a joke - Train company’s are better at time keeping.
Following the concerns raised about this service, I looked into it myself. I was searching for a centre where my partner could be seen for his andrological problem, which is causing him severe distress. On the International Andrology London website, although it is mentioned they have “doctors”, only one is listed (Professor Raheem). Checking his GMC profile, he is not on the Specialist Register, which means he does not hold a recognised urological qualification in the UK. The andrology clinic provided excellent care. The staff were professional, respectful, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The doctor explained everything clearly and took time to address my concerns. Highly appreciated.I would like also to sincerely thank Ms Michelle for the excellent procedures she performed. She was very attentive, patient and explained everything in detail. I felt cared for and calm throughout the entire process. I really appreciate her professionalism and care for her patients.❤️
