I love my OB/GYN Dr. Russell Smith, he has delivered my last 4 children. He is knowledgeable, kind and one of the best doctors. The women's center was fabulous. Great nurses and patient care techs. Everyone helps you feel comfortable, safe and well cared for.

Really isn't your experience anywhere, but especially at an ER based on your expectations and your own attitude? They're doctors and nurses, humans who are not Gods, but are fallible. You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar. Yes, you're in a stressful situation, but you can still be pleasant and respectful. You'll get a better result and treatment.

Awful environment, I went in for right upper abdominal pain and they kept telling me that it was nothing, and did all these tests that I didn't need. Didn't ask me about my comfort, just asked if I needed morphine. I ended up following up with my doctor and we found out that it was my gallbladder, not to mention I was going Septic. I strongly urge you not to come here! A lot of my friends and family have had horrible experiences here. Oh, and the doctors are terrible.

My daughter delivered her first baby here. The staff was pleasant and accommodating to all our needs.
