I absolutely love this hospital and the fact that it is only 5 minutes from my home. I love my OBGYN (Dr. Kenneth S. Larsen) and his entire staff, however, the Women's Center is a hit or miss and most of the time a MISS. It is extremely disappointing that I have had a few different nurses either ask why I'm even there or argue with me about the symptoms I'm feeling. They built two giant new buildings with no input from those of us who live to the east. Blocking our view of the valley and lowering our property values. IHC doesn't care about the community. At least not the one just across the street to the east.
I had a great experience with my doctors and nurses. My Doctors are super caring and very talented in their area of expertise. Dr Russell Smith is an amazing OBGYN, Dr Labasky very thorough urologist and Dr. Hancey an awesome plastic surgeon. In addition my nurses were super caring. Just like the best moms ever. They stayed on top of my pain medication and checked on me quickly when I called for extra help.
horrible. the staff did nothing for my fiancee or i. i was in so much pain. we checked ourselves out without saying anything and went to a hospital that actually cared for us.
The hospital, employees and service suck. I went yesterday with my wife and we were waiting for 45 mins to 1hr and nobody do anything only vitals. So I took my wife to lone peak and in 3hrs we were home and she was better.
Dr. Corbin Clark (Best, Smartest & most Hard Working) Urologist, and the great staff at Alta View Hospital dropped at a dime everything they where doing today; just days before the 4th of July to get 3 huge Kidney Stones out in just 12 hours. Yes you heard that right all within a day, no appointments a week or two out, just wanted to make sure I was well for the Holidays!
