When I came to the ER in August of last year they treated me so good! The PCT’s and RN and even the doctor.. cared about my issues and concerns! They treated me with respect and listened to me!

I was just a guess in the Acute Care Unit for two weeks, and it was hands down the best hospital experience I have ever had. The staff as a whole is kind efficient and truly care. Many thanks to everyone who works on that unit for keeping me motivated, saying, and improving my health.

The nurses in general are quite lazy. For the past hour or so their all gathered around the nurses station laughing and flirting. Not able to just jump up and do things on my own but hey I only asked for a freska over an hour ago. Earlier I needed help getting back into bed after my physical therapy, weak, shaking and a slight fever going on; pressing the call button , clearly my voice sounded shaky. 25 MINUTES LATER!! someone came into my room to help. By this time I was in tears. Messed up here on the 2nd floor.

We had to visit the ER on Saturday night October 21. We were treated so rudely by the Doctor and RN assigned to the room. They treated us like we were putting them out and that we were very stupid. I have never been treated like that before. They made my wife feel horrible and the doctors last words were she could die in her sleep. I would never suggest this ER to anyone.

Just had an MRI at Alta View this morning and it was the best experience I have had with an MRI. The staff was very friendly. The tube was much bigger than the last MRI I had and the put me in feet first instead of head first like the other place did last time. My technician Ike was awesome! Thank you for making my experience a lot better than the last time. My only complaint was the music was not working.
