Ordered table which had 6 week delivery time. Six weeks came and went…. Could not get through on phone (mailbox full), no response to email or online contact form. Eventually got a response on Facebook and given owner’s mobile number. Said he would look into it and get back to me on Monday. After a week I contacted again via whatsapp - ignored me. Some of there furnitures are made from chip wood thy don’t tell you it’s easily broken. Divan part of the beds are not good either cannot bear weight. Plus the owner Sanj owes me £1000 since 2015 & refused to repay every time they’re unable to find receipt so be careful.
The contracted delivery guys caused some damage to the top of the unit, but Sanj sent his own construction team round to dismantle the top and replace it with new. Their own guys were professional and quick putting blackets down to protect the sideboard and floor. Because it was delivered 24th Dec and we also had to wait for lockdown to end, they gave us compensation back, which took the sting wait out of the situation which was not a fault of theirs.
