I went on their 10th anniversary. The free Appetizer plate was good... great mussels, but my main meal wasn't that great. Vegetables had no flavor and almost waxy like, meat was a little dry, and the purée on the plate didn't taste anything like the flavor I thought it was from the food name. The service was good, and they had great bread too. Overall, I would try again...could always be better the second time.
First time there it was so very good will be back!
My husband and I had heard we'd love Interim and we do indeed! You can forget where you are for a few hours and enjoy the best cuisine Memphis has to offer. The wine selection was perfect and a visit from the chef topped off a memorable experience. I can't say enough good things.

Beautiful atmosphere, open kitchen, fine dining, & good drinks?! How could you go wrong?? And to be honest, I thought the portion of food was a bit small, but it actually was just enough to carry me throughout the night. Don't mind me, I'm just a greedy American:-). I had an awesome time.
We LOVE Interium!! The atmosphere, the clientele and David Krog and his staff of experts knocks the food out of the park!! We miss him at Harbor Town but don't mind the drive to East Memphis for David Krogs excellent preparation of our favorite foods! Fresh and local!!'
Interim catered an event today and can't say enough good things about the food, presentation and event workers. Everything was perfect and well organized. Would highly recommend them for catering at your site. The restaurant is fantastic too!
The entire meal from start to finish was outstanding.
Great food! The fish dishes are wonderful! Presentation is great. Service is first class!
