First time at Interim tonight for hubby bday. EXCELLENT service from the host to the servers. The evening manager Joe is the perfect example of outstanding leadership with his staff. Our waitress Jannica was very knowledgeable of the wines and menu. I had the halibut and hubby had the lamb shank. Best in town!!! We were so impressed we bought their gift card special. Purchase a $75 gift card receive a $25 card free. What a great deal for the holiday season. This will forever be our date night spot.

We ate at interim earlier this year and the experience was entirely unremarkable. While it wasn’t a bad experience, it didn’t make me want to come back. Friday night a friend suggested Interim for dinner so I thought I would give it another shot. I’m so glad I did! The service was excellent and the food was amazing! Her halibut was so flaky and my short rib was melt in your mouth tender. Dinner was well prepared, delicious, and very memorable! We will definitely be back soon.
My opinion, the best meal in Memphis. Save room for dessert.
