We had my daughter's bridal shower here and I am so glad we did! The food was amazing and the service was great.
Had a wonderful time at a private event! The staff was amazing and everything was delicious!
We went for Sunday brunch with a party of seven. The service was great! We need to work on egg poaching though. A poached egg should be as runny as an over easy or sunny side up egg. These were more like soft boiled.

Me and my husband went to interim for our 10 anniversary and we love the food and the staff are great and know every bet of food that they bring out. And it is fun to watch all of the of the kitchen staff working together. We loved the open kitchen
Incredible experience. And Hal and the rest of the staff were amazing!
Food was very salty and over priced. Interior was nicely designed, but don't plan to return. We went elsewhere for dessert.
My husband and I ate here for an early Valentine's Day dinner. It was wonderful. We had the mac and cheese for an appetizer which was so GREAT! Everything we ate was wonderful.
Went on Jan 14 for our 28th aniversary. From cocktail to desert, delish. Not a single negative thing about our meal. My hub thought it was going to be to foofoo, he went for me. He was pleasantly surprised. We will be back. And the staff was terrific.
The service, the food, the warm environment. Thank you, Interim, for the way a nice dinner out should be, but isn't always. You made our evening a truly five star experience, on all levels. Y'all are restaurant rock stars!!! Can't wait to come back soon!
