Very professional and courteous sales staff to help with purchase of the vehicle. Purchased from out of state and the vehicle was delivered on time and exact condition as described
This dealer kind of sucks with communication. I talked to the salesman on Friday, asked for a video walk around of the car. I went ahead and applied for the loan on their website, since they won't take loans from other banks. Asked again on Saturday. Monday he finally gets back to me tells me he was sorry and that he would send the video shortly. .. 5 hours later he sends me a message that the car was sold. He then proceeded to say it's my fault for not giving a deposit, which I would have done of he had ever called me back.... read more
