I did everything online. I am a little upset I had the car now about 48 hours and on my way home with the vehicle my air condition went out. I did purchase the vehicle as is but you would think the dealership would have checked the car out. The cost of repairing the air conditioning system is $1,274. to repair the air. I sent the bill to my sales person hoping they would at least give me half of my money spent to repair the car but as usual once a car is sold all you get from dealerships is someone will call you back.

bad. Would not give me the out the door price on the phone, and I didn't want to negotiate once I got there. I told the guy that if I came to look at it and wanted to buy it, I would purlchase it for the price he gave me over the phone, but he still wouldn't tell me. It is a 65 mile drive each way and I didn't want to waste my time or gas.
Great experience
Stephen was quick to respond about my inquiry about the Chevy Trax. The pictures of the vehicle were accurate and looked even better in person! Great customer service. This is my first big purchase ever in general and they made sure we were okay(asking if we wanted refreshments, etc(I also brought my husband with me)). I plan to drive this car for a long time. Thank you Stephen and Integrity Chevrolet for making our experience so smooth!
