Clueless, hopeless and worthy of their completely underwhelming rating. I was shocked to see a rating of 1.5/5 but after less than a week, it could not have been more obvious. So far have supplied me with the wrong information and the advice wasted over a week of valuable time. Avoid.....
My wife & I have recently remortgaged & in the process been in contact with Integrar. Process had been slow, however, yesterday I spoke with a gentleman called Chris (so sorry I can’t remember his surname!) and he managed to get everything done in less than 24hrs. Amazing service, he is a credit to your company. Thank you Chris!
Absolutely awful. They send constant emails to say there is something on their portal but their portal doesn’t work. Can’t phone to speak to anyone and they never respond to emails.
When I read other reviews, I was worried about Integrar being appointed on my remortgage. However, they were excellent and incredibly efficient, regularly chasing me for outstanding items to make sure we completed on time. A very impressive team, thank you.
