Brilliant bike fit with Russell! He’s super knowledgable and took the time to understand what I was looking from the fit. Highly recommend!
I've been trying to DIY my bike fit for years with little success, 3.5hrs later and the complete bike fit has fixed my issues. Russell has a lot of knowledge, is very thorough and explained the reasoning behind each decision well.
Very interesting few hours spent at inSync for a bike fit. No stone left unturned in optimising my bike set up to sort out my middle aged niggles and general comfort and power efficiency. Russell has great equipment and employs his vast knowledge and experience to reach a tailored result, involving me throughout in the various decisions. I learned a lot!
Everyone I've spoken to who rides recommended a Bike Fit, after much Googling and talking to various people I booked with Russell at inSync. The consultation and fit lasted a couple of hours (Foundation Road bike fit), Russell explained the process as we went. I'm a cycling novice but found the Bike Fit informative and left knowing my bike and cleats were set up correctly for me. Great fit, Russell's attention to detail is just what is needed. I had a full bike fit with shoes and I had forgotten how important shoe fittings are. I came away happy with the bike fit and still am.
