Excellent service from in-store personnel regarding Amtico flooring. Bjorn, the fitter was a clean and tidy worker, on time and very professional
Instinctive Flooring have done a fabulous job of laying a new Amtico floor in our kitchen. The service has been outstanding from start to finish. Sharon and Helen in the shop are friendly, charming and helpful; they explained all the product options and details of the fitting process. Jack, the company owner, is a lovely guy; he came to our flat to assess the job and measure the space. Bjorn the fitter did a brilliant job of screeding the floor and then laying the tiles. This is a first class company who go above and beyond and take pride in their work. From jack coming out to measure and assist to bjorn laying even the staff in office. Highly recommend this flooring and company.
What can I say……..Instinctive Flooring is one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. From our first visit to their shop in Whitley bay and meeting Helen and Sharon and getting advice on on their massive selection of flooring from Amtico to carpets. We opted for the Amtico and we are so pleased we did.We had a couple of obstacles to overcome with being in a new build.
