Yet again another instavolt that doesn't accept all-star card, these chargers are hit or miss some accept it some don't.
Wouldn’t accept any credit cards. Helpline couldn’t help.
Used the Instavolt CCS Tenby 2 charger at the Valero service station on the A40 west of Camarthen with our PFL MG5 Excite. Installed the app, followed the instructions and loaded 36kWh in about 45 minutes. No dramas.
These chargers are around 20 mins away from my home so I use them quite often. The charge sometimes seems slower on days than others but still my favourite charge spot. In the daytime there’s an on-site cafe called Pinto Cafe which will serve you up a nice cooked breakfast or you have the 24hr garage onsite. Garage is a tad pricey as most of them are these days, but there are seats/tables should you want to chill inside a petrol station as opposed to in your vehicle.
