Couldn't use the app but credit card works fine . Not cheap but quick
Charged here again today but this time using the app. A little quicker but still 87p/kw so very expensive. Charged at 90kw when the other charger was in use but increased to 150kw when they left. Pretty impressive speeds, only beaten by Tesla superchargers that I've seen. One of the reasons I use instavolt.
Chademo does not work on either machine. Took me 20 minutes to find that out. Tried with two different cards and the app. The guy on the phone was quick - after a long wait to get through - to tell me it won't work. Shame the screens didn't. I've recently returned from a trip to France where every charger worked immediately. Why do we put up with such poor service in UK?
