Use it weekly when visiting in-laws. Always works, and always one free
First time using instavolt so could be an error.... initiate payment (takes £30 from my account) then ended at roughly £10. Tesco for example would recalculate and take the amount owed.... Instavolt hasn't!! Checked with the bank and it could take 30 days to refund. If I have to go every few days I'll be paying £300 per month but only owing a fraction. I haven't got the time to be calculating if I've been done over. Tried calling the 24hr service line to be met with a recorded message
Went there for a fast charge,only 47kw, hardly a fast charge, very disappointed. But at least I know there are a couple here if I get stuck. Took a dozen attempts to get the card reader to work but all fine.
