Without a doubt this app has the best UI of any charging supplier I have used. Clean, very informative and easy to navigate. However, i have noticed a problem with this particular site. The chargers occupy a corner, so whenever charger 3 is occupied, anything longer than a medium saloon car will block entry to bay 4 and vice-versa. Which meant I waiting 15 minutes to get on a charger, while 1 lay empty. Other than that issue, this is my default supplier
This time the charging session was quite straightforward. However; as i am using the car entirely for work purposes it is quite daunting task and waste of both our precious time. Please; change the payment arrangement. I am willing to pay via my bank account instead of filling my card details every time I charge. Thank you for your understanding and support in this matter.
