The Dealer ‘forgot’ to top me up. Being new to EVs I tried a supermarket nearby, too much hassle so started for home. Kona advised I needed to top up, nearest 11m. Pulled in, connected, swiped debit card and sat in car. Easy to use. Not till I got home did I remembered my Electroverse card, which I believed would have given me a discount but charged my Octopus account. Still was good experience for a newbie.
The first charger has a fault fault code 123 which requires a visit by a service technician. The second charger however does work. At 85 pence per Kilowatt it's rather expensive for instant voltage or current even
