Don’t work and the staff member knew they don’t work . Don’t stop here what a joke. Zero star. Both had Fault but still took my money. Hopefully get it back.
Out of order, cones in front of both chargers
The Dealer ‘forgot’ to top me up. Being new to EVs I tried a supermarket nearby, too much hassle so started for home. Kona advised I needed to top up, nearest 11m. Pulled in, connected, swiped debit card and sat in car. Easy to use. Not till I got home did I remembered my Electroverse card, which I believed would have given me a discount but charged my Octopus account. Still was good experience for a newbie.
