Worked fine but only got 60kW when I was the only one charging
First issue with InstaVolt charger this morning. Charger one not recognizing on app and two cars waiting for the other charger. Called help line and they were looking at it and left me just hanging on the phone on hold. Gave up after 10 minutes on hold and went to Bridport. Still not being recognized on the app. Hope this is just a one off as InstaVolt been so good last six years with no issues
Have used these fast chargers in the past without issue, but my last attempt (30.12) didn’t work. Payment accepted but car failed to start charging on both chargers. Called for support, they restarted the charger but still didn’t get any juice. Expensive at 89p/kwh
Wouldn't accept an all-star card even though it is an all-star site, no labelling of chargers for apps, no app didn't seem to work
