I am disabled and the equipment is terribly difficult for me to plug in the charger. It is too heavy. Also there was something wrong with the charger and took nearly half an hour until my charge could begin. I believe I should be entitled to compensation.

I often use this charger because of its proximity to McDonald's and its location on one of my regular routes. Worthwhile having the app for off-peak savings, and also worthwhile getting an InstaVolt RFID card, as the mobile data speed (O2) isn't great here.

There are not enough parking bays to use all chargers. Should work with the Electroverse RFID card or their app, which didn't work, so I had to charge with a credit card, which aborted a few times for no apparent reason. Charging your car shouldn’t be that hard!

Well located across the car park from McDonalds. Four chargers are located here. Always have a successful charge. Manoeuvring can be tight if the car park is busy and a steady flow of customers wanting to use the drive thru! Starbucks also available across the other side of the car park.
