Friday Street location was convenient. We downloaded app in a pub after seeing it on our way to Aldeburgh. The screen was clear to navigate but the information was not there to get the best price that we found on app. Fortunately, I called helpline and friendly Tim agreed that I should not use my credit card on the screen but use app. Having aborted a transaction on the EV charging screen before calling, I still couldn’t figure out how to initiate a charge on the app which Tim helped us navigate. I can't fault the chargers, and they were quick...but 92p per kwh...come on guys, that's an absolute joke.
Fast efficient charge, but do number the points. I had to guess which one number 1 was.
