Charged stopped early. The boy gained 30 Miles for just over £11. Left car for 2 hours as original notification said 1:48 for full charge. So very upsetting. Now need to charge again in the morning before setting off home from This hotel

No parking rules enforced which means selfish people like the one in the picture are granted free rein to deprive people of the opportunity to charge. Edit the below template reply from Instavolt has been used before nothing will change. What a shame

Usually a great place to charge, but not so this time. On arrival, five bays were occupied and plugged in, but all had finished charging. It appears golfers park up, plug in, then go off for a round of golf for a few hours. No accessable bays were available for my wife with Motability difficulties as they were occupied by golfers obviously enjoying 18 holes. There should be an overcharge fee if not moved within a short period of charging being completed, thus making them available to other users.

Charger worked well via InstaVolt App. Cafe in golf club available to non-members too. Two of six bays accessible. Two were ICE’d when I arrived despite other spaces in car park - a regular occurrence apparently. Landlord says they can’t control it. There is signage. Needs Instavolt to enforce.
