James was absolutely brilliant! I've been working with him since getting shin splints during training for London marathon. He was very knowledgeable, supportive, and the whole path was super individualised. Working with James really took away the guess work, meaning I felt able to trust the process and recover with confidence, and look towards London Marathon 2026. I want to say a huge thank you, and highly recommend Instant Physio to anyone struggling with a running injury!
Been working with Instant Physio and Luci for almost a year. I was having real long-term issues with tendon pain in my ankle that I could not shift for 18 months prior to going to see Luci. She was great at combining her understanding of training, running and physio to get me back, injury free, to my target marathon! Can't recommend highly enough, have been able to come back both stronger and with a better idea of how to manage my training and pain, thank you!
I came to Instant Physio after having a bad experience elsewhere and the team are amazing! The booking process was super easy, everyone in the clinic is welcoming and my physio, Emily, is great. She’s very knowledgeable and we’re in the process of getting me back to running. Highly recommend!
The service is amazing. The team are super friendly and helpful . They take care of you and make sure you get the results you need to feel better and able to get on with life .
Becca was absolutely incredible! I had 10 physio sessions and 6 sports massages, and with Becca's help I was able to run my first marathon, the London Marathon, pain free! I didn't think that was possible until I went to Instant Physio. Would highly recommend to anyone. Fantastic personal care with brilliant attention to detail throughout!
