Fantastic experience, had some discomfort in my knee for some time and wanted to get it checked as well as some advise on how to strengthen it. Emily was super helpful and professional and was able to reassure me and offer guidance on strength training exercises and a plan. Highly recommend Instant Physio and specifically Emily.
