I have been using Instant Physio on/off for 3 years now. All the staff are very knowledgeable and great at helping me recover from various injuries. I am currently really enjoying and getting massive benefits from my sports massage with Emily. I highly recommend Instant Physio to anybody looking for injury recovery or sports massages.
Highly professional physio, had a great experience from start to finish with a quad/hip flexor issue. James was very knowledgeable and helped clear up some confusion caused by a work physio. Took the time to understand history of injuries and goals moving forwards, which helped shape the program accordingly. Also very accomodating regarding timescales for appointments and pricing etc. 100% recommend
Thank you to Becca and the Instant Physio team. Managed to get me through my ITB strain issues with strengthening exercises to fit my weekly schedule and a modified training plan. I ended up smashing the LLHM. Will definitely come back again if I issues in the future.
