Excellent workmanship from Ollie and Luke, BUT, to be frank, the leadership and management of the firm is woefully inadequate. Their failure to respond to my reasonable request to rectify a leaking pond was completely unacceptable - I was told that the firm has been placed into receivership but there is no evidence this is the case - another disingenuous stain on the firm's leadership!
I am a client who has an extensive disability and Inspired Gardens have done the most amazing transformation to make my garden 100% more accessible!! A space that has now become my haven where I can relax and enjoy the beauty and tranquillity the space I now have!! They have all worked so closely with me to get the garden as I need it. They have been patient and courteous with some changes that had to be done along the way. Can you please clean up your materials scattered all over main road by swiss gardens. What a mess
Perhaps you could speak to your drivers about the not very inspired driving, too fast, through narrow village streets - East Dean, approx 9.16am, 16/03/23. Perhaps he was late, so regard for the safety of others didn't matter?
The Inspired Gardens team transformed our garden last summer. From start to finish - from the design through to the clearance then build and finally to planting - everything was first class. The team was highly professional, creative with solutions and flexible when plans changed slightly. We would highly recommend.
