IPM have taken over our block. No cleaners commissioned, no window cleaners. Can't get in touch to arrange a meeting - despite promises. The lift is out of service and the front door isnt locking and needs a repair. They tell me the finances havent been handed over causing the issues- may be this is the first time they've done this. But they have glued signs to the walls telling us where our flats are. Thank God, otherwise id be roaming the walls, lost.
I have to say how amazing Inspire property management team are. Always willing to listen and offer advice for any issue. I cannot fault them at all. Any issue has been dealt with straight away.
Stay away from property being managed by inspire property management. I have contacted there maintenance email multiple times regarding issues to the building and nothing has happened. Basically paying maintenance fees every year for absolutely nothing. Disgrace.

Ive been a leaseholder for almost a decade under Inspires Management. Theyve been very helpful and responsive to my enquiries throughout, even going above and beyond in several occasions saving me unecessary cost. A safe pair of hands.
