Extremely disappointed with the disorganisation of appointment bookings. I booked an appointment over the phone and was told by the receptionist that my appointment was on the 28th of August at 10am and whilst I was on the phone confirmed the date and was told this was correct. I called them the day before my appointment and was told that I had missed my appointment because it was apparently on the 20th. This is not the date I had agreed with them. The reception staff is amazing. Was treated by Dr. Tim and his assistant who explained me everything with patience and were really sweet. Overall, it was a great experience :)
I have been blessed to be a Patient at this dental clinic for over 10 + years The treatment received has always been exemplary by Dr Chikhilia. His professional calming approach, puts me at ease an&and gives me confidence in his treatment plan. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

I can highly recommend Tim Ryan for your dental care. I have not been to see a dentist for a long time, but he took both time and great effort to explain everything to me. His knowledge and bedside manner gave me confidence. I know my smile looks a million bucks!
