David was fantastic. It was great to hear that we had very few issues with our new build following the through report, and David identified things we wouldn't have had a clue about. David - Inspector Snag was easy to communicate with, always responsive to messages and very flexible with appointment times. He undertook a thorough internal and external inspection of my son’s new build house. Personally took us through his findings on site then provided a RAG rated and detailed inspection report with photos and videos to accompany it. Thankyou very much inspection snag. 10/10 service. Received my keys and David visited on completion day. Numerous snags where identified that myself and my family Memebers (who are actually themselves in the labour trade) did not notice. The full survey was emailed to me alongside pictures for evidence. The feedback was very beneficial and I was able to give this to the housing company. I would highly recommend inspector snag to anyone that is in the process or has bought a new build house Thankyou again
