I wouldn't normally write a review unless it was worth it, but I cannot recommend Insignia enough if you’re looking to upgrade your shower (or garden!). Me and my partner weren’t sure what we were looking for, we were originally after a basic, eco-friendly shower cabin, but after seeing their range, we’ve ended up planning for an outdoor sauna aswell! Absolute useless products that do not work, zero support as they dont have engineers who can visit on-site, quality workmanship very poor, spend a little more money and go with another manufacturer, big mistake buying Insignia.
My review is of the ‘platinum’ shower cabin (non steam). Mine arrived about 3 weeks late. Didn’t really bother me as I had other things to get on with, but if you’re working within timescales then you’ll have to let them know. Upon unwrapping the various boxes I was surprised by the quality being a let down. The state of fibreglass is horrific. An excellent service to assist in the purchasing of a spare part for the insignia shower, I have 2 shower cabins and we are absolutely delighted with them. In fact the best shower cabins we have ever had. The after sales service did not let us down.
I have a bathtub with shower and steam. We use this once in a while. I second with few points made by others. 1. Quality of the parts used is inferior compared to the price paid, that effects the overall quality and function. 2. Mystery leaks, the cause couldn't be identified (Dynorod British gas guys) or fixed by local plumbers. Same problem other friends faced with their insignia leaks that they were forced to change their shower cubicle.
